yeah, kazuomi is actually trying to say that tendou is actually in love with kadota and that's why he shut kazuomi up.
yeah tendou is definitly an alpha, in the first chapter he threatens to remove kazuomi's collar and bite him and kazuomi shuts up and lets him have his way with him coz he doesnt want to be a pair
