oooor...that's why they were in such a hurry to find him a home! I mean, how else did they know he only liked males and that his name was Bexan? And if you were a worker there who saw this dog turn into a man and back again....what would you do (you'd probably think you were losing it)? Definitely wouldn't go around telling people, who would think you've finally had a nervous breakdown from working nights
So I'm guessing the dog didn't spend even a night on the shelter?? Nor with any contact with anyone else whatsoever?
That or that animal shelter has an underside of human slavery and they were really confused, your pick.
