I was thinking that considering the hell he went through when he was captured and also the 'training-to-be-the-earl' he did with Sebastian might have improved his health. Children generally have weaker constitutions, so maybe his immunity improved as he grew up? Idk
He's still weak tho, as we have already seen, from him getting sick easily

Is it related to the contract he made with Sebastian? Like Sebastian protects him at all cost so that Ciel* would die by his hands, not by natural means?
Considering his health when he was around 5 yrs old, it seems like his body was getting worse..
