Yeah...I believe so too. Ugh. Come on though, I understand she'd be confused and hurt but does she forget everything he's done for her and tried to help her and make her happy????
Honestly, I feel bad for Lizzie. We all know how much she loves the real Ciel and how understanding she was when *Ciel* had changed after the accident. She kept chasing after *Ciel* despite how different he was now due because of the feelings she had for Ciel before the accident. She tried her best to chase her love just to find out she had been betrayed and all this time it was the little brother and not really the Ciel she loved. *Ciel* could be as kind as he wants to her and it still doesn't make it up to her tbh. She was always honest with her feelings but he wasn't honest with her. He tried to fill the gap but at the end of the day he's not the Ciel Lizzie wants. I think Lizzie did well to leave. Ciel might be the main character but I lost my sympathy for him a long time ago in the circus arc.
So does this mean that Lizzy also knows? Is that why she was so adamant not to go back? Σ(っ°Д °;)っ
