Please Help!!!

Hello,
After reading Tsuyogari ( http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/tsuyogari/ ), the chapter containing the two middle schoolers Aki and Keichi got me thinking of another manga I believe I have read.
In the extra chapter containing them, Aki is concerned about how he grew and that Keichi might now find him gross.
Now I remember reading another manga where the couple got together at a young age (maybe middle school) and once they got older the uke became concerned that the seme won't find him cute anymore because he now became more manly (looks more like the seme and not cutesy like a basic uke).
Now idk if this manga/oneshot exists or if I am just remembering the extra from Tsuyogari wrong. However, if anyone knows of some mangas with this type of problem, please send them my way.
