I think so too. Otherwise he would have squealed on Sangwoo the moment the cop brouht him in, begged for protection, & not insist on sitting next to him. The question is whether or not Sangwoo thinks Yoonbum conspired against him with Seungbae.
Bum won't snitch on Sangwoo since he was the one who killed that girl.
And he's too attached to Sangwoo.
