Well he's a werewolf, so it's not like he is getting fucked by his dog but rather he's getting fucked be the werewolf he picked up thinking it was a dog... tbh I'm usually pretty grossed out by furry-stuff and the likes, but since he's an actual human who can transform into a wolf/dog it's different. Even Disney's Beauty and the beast and btw she fell for him when he was a beast without having seen his human form. He's a werewolf, so he's a human who can turn into a wolf. He's not having sex with him in his wolf form. Also, he isn't a dog. Wolves and dogs are canines, similar but different. It's not like he is an anthropomorphic wolf having sex with him so it is not beastiality. There are countless stories and tv shows, and even other yaoi about werewolves and other "were" creatures such as werecats having romantic interest and sexual encounters and this bothers you?

Tbh, it's actually not that uncommon. You can find werewolf stories literally anywhere! I haven't seen much of them in manga and webtoons, but you can pretty much find them in many novels or amateur written books on Wattpad. Werewolf is pretty much a genre on it's own. It's not considered beastiality cuz they're actually doing it while the wolf is in his human form so...
