The happy ending is a bit depressing. I mean the guy the uke loves is a horrible human and he knows it. He even tells the uke to go away because of it. But the Uke is like "No, No, I love you." While the brother, the nicer of the semes but still messed up, is ditched and now he runs the group. Welp, you can't tell someone who to love. You can only hope that the people will change for the better.
