the contrast was blinding my eyes since there's a lot of white on the pages too, but yeah the entire time I was just tensed up on the edge of my seat waiting for everything to come tumbling down. If the mangaka did this on purpose, props to her for creating the atmosphere so well!
Although the atmosphere was very bleak and empty-feeling it was so fitting for the two characters and the way they were "empty" before finding each other.
mixed feelings. the ending was so adorable don't get me wrong but the way the artist colors the manga makes it feel like the story has some dark undertone (⊙…⊙ ) the colors are either pure black or pure white. even the eyes don't have much shine, it makes the manga appear very dull and tragic (￣∇￣")
