I know that they had sex way back in ch. 2.5, but we were just finishing ch. 12, so it was some time ago. Besides Ye Zi was lying down so I wasn't quite sure about the hair length. Nor was I sure if it was supposed to be a few months after what happened in ch. 12 or whatever, so Ye Zi might have started growing his hair then. That's the point. I just wish at the beginning of the update there would have been something like "Present Time" in big letters that you couldn't miss, and "The Past" when it returns to the past. Sometimes flashbacks are obvious like when they're kids etc. but if they look much the same it can be hard to tell unless the mangaka makes it clear where past ends and present begins.
So WHEN is this latest update taking place? Now or then? If the manga is going to be skipping back and forth in time I wish it would make the distinction a bit clearer when it chooses to do a skip. I'm assuming it is in the now as it doesn't seem to make much sense in the past where we were. I found the whole update jarring, and a lot of it was because I was confused as to WHEN it was taking place.
