He's behaving like that because of the things he witnessed between Kyon and Lucaon. Throughout the whole manhua (until recently) Lucaon has treated Kyon like a plaything. Hed hurt him, only call him out for sex and act like he doesnt care and Ryan was there to witness it. Which probably made him think that Lucaon only kept Kyon as entertainment. He's not gonna let an outsider ruin what he's been protecting for a long. Hes not aware of Lucaon's true feelings for Kyon because he never truly fully showed it thats why he thinks this is for the best

I mean theres still a lot to the story so there might be a reason why Ryan is being like that. I dont wanna judge too soon. I honestly consider the situation "good" because it pushes Lucaon to really show how he feels about Kyon. Lucaon was being a total tsundere but now hes opening up. Basically, in a way, Ryan is the one making their relationship stronger. Which probably why I dont hate Ryan lmao
