I think it's because the translation isn't too well done. And it is especially confusing who is saying what, probably cuz Japanese don't tend to use pronouns, and the translator got confused as well.

I think the "emptiness" comes mainly from the not so good translation but there is something about the drawings that makes it bad too. idk I feel like their facial expressions don't really help us understanding the characters... It's just not representing the deep emotions the story is trying to convey :/
Yeah... I totally agree there. Their facial expressions are so blah... They don't make me feel the tiniest shit for any of them. It's like, I couldn't care less about any of the characters...

Yeaaaah exactly that's the feeling! Their faces are just too straight! As if they barely feel anything that really ruins it even tho the art here is supposed to be beautiful and the charas are pretty.

Uuuh how do i say it...i can't really feel this manga ? It is supposed to be a heartbreaking love triangle, a deep story but it's not deep enough it feels uuh empty? Like the author didn't know how to convey the depth of their feelings and the seriousness of the situation..not to my liking ik for sure ryou's gonna be with kei so..predictable story ..i'm willing to read a fluffy story that's predictable it's not bad to enjoy the fluff from time to time without a really complicated plot but this .. mhm not for me ! i'll just read as it updates not like i have anything else to do xD
