He is naive maybe bcs he lack experience in life. But he still knows H stuff right? If he doesn't know what sex mean then i would say that it doesn't make sense (from some manga i ever read).. but he knows bcs he is a man.
And i think he care about family things, so that's why he believes bigbro.. and since he doesn't understand when bigbro saying in English.
