My thoughts exactly. And I HATE that they are now trying to play him off as some GOOD GUY, and trying to make us feel sorry and to support him! But what I hate even MORE, is that in some perverse way (in MY case at least), IT IS WORKING!!!!! ARGH!!!!

I think Ren... has some sort of crush on Ayana...? The flashback of Ayana caring for Ren in the nurse office is probably just a small insight, but... RAPING THE GIRL YOU LIKE ISN'T HOW YOU APPROACH HER.
But then again, if Ren really liked her, he wouldn't let his other friend rape her too.... I WANT ANSWERS DAMN IT.
