I know for sure Conor and Simon wouldn't break up just because she's pregnant. They've dealt with racism, abuse, assault, hatred and so much more, but they're still together and even stronger than before. A baby in the oven can't be a big enough of a deal to break up in light of all the other shit they've had to deal with.
Although, I don't think she really is pregnant. Some people mistakenly believe that they can trap a guy by having sex with him or being pregnant, but this isn't the 18th century, bitch. You can take care of a child without being together. And when I think of it that way, wouldn't it actually be really cute if she was preggers and Simon and Conor could take care of the kid like two dads?? Maybe they'd even get custody since that woman looks batshit crazy. Honestly, her being pregnant doesn't sound too bad when I think about dad-Conor and daddy-Simon.ヾ(☆▽☆)
