Idk about Korea but in America if you were in such a situation and you had no family, the doctors wouldn't care. Their main priority would be saving you, and payment is a secondary thought. So long as he's not on life support I would imagine that the hospital would continue to take care of him despite his financial state. I mean, hospitals take in homeless people all of the time.
