I think western culture isn't that strict about this kinda stuff or more like it's different in each country?
Really depends on your own personality and situation. I don't even know who came up with that stupid idea of waiting. I mean if u met someone on a night out and text them next day is not desperate, if u text them 50 times and call them 20 then yah it's desperate.
Exactly. One text oscura ok, 20 when the other person doesn't respond is creepy.
