Urban myth. Men CAN pee while having an erection but since their dick is pointing up it's extremely difficult to point it where they want it to go.
Nah, men can still pee even when erect. Though it's harder to pee than when it's flaccid. It usually takes more time and the urine comes out like droplets sometimes. Why I know? Because I have one. (≧∀≦)
