I think it's in Pet Shimasu where they put the story of that other bother and it's explained that he didn't had any attraction towards the older brother, he just wanted to comfort him
1. Too rushed, there should've at least been an extra explain their relationship further down the road, because it seems to me the manga ended on the note of them becoming sex friends and nothing more.

Again, never further explained their relationship. if you think about it, the brother seems to be only using the other one for his sexual and emotional needs due to his breakup and he's not doing those deeds out of love in any way shape or form. There was a scene where he implied it himself, but I'm too lazy to go back
