Yaoi Manga?

Can anyone tell me the title of this manga? The seme is a masked thief who steals for justice. He has a team and there are 3 of them. I think the uke and the seme are neighbors. The uke is a detective/police who is after the thief (seme). Then, as the story goes, the uke and seme have sex and the uke does not know that the seme is the thief though the uke is suspicious of the seme. In the end, the seme ended being a thief so that he could be with the uke.
