She enjoyed bullying him. She relished it. She's effed up and I have no pity.
Indeed, I feel no remorse for her at all she brought this all on herself & I would wish the same if I was in the MC's position. No forgiveness no remorse.
I'll add that I very much pity her for what she went t hrough with her demon father. That girl, before she became a bully, I feel sorry for and wish she hadn't had that happen. And then someone is controlling her life it seems, so that sucks, too. But the moment she took her only friend and made him a target for cruelty, I just can't forgive THAT version of her.
she still had a chance to turn him back from madness at the beginning of the torture. Instead of apologizing and confessing to him about her misguided actions, she bit his finger off. I doubt anything she says can make him return and forgive her for her foolishness at this point. Too much time has passed; not even sure he'd believe her if she told him. What reason would he have to believe her words?
Exactly. If she had explained the horrible stuff that happened to her and why she thought bullying would make him strong like rape made her "strong,"--I think it made her fricken nuts and vicious, but whatev--he would have understood. He simply did NOT understand why she tormented him, when they had been so close. She blew it. Totally blew it. I don't think that kid can come back from Crazy Vengeance Town.
Hmm is she actually showing true remorse here? Or is this just because she realizes she is likely going to die? Either way I feel no pity for her. But it is sad she could have not realized before all this that her actions were not doing any good. If only she had realized before that supporting him and not breaking him was the way to help. She is right though now it is too late to ask for forgiveness.
