I was right, BLU wad owned by Tokyopop, whom no longer has any liscence rights. The ofgicial english release would be Out Of Print.

to answer your question, this was renamed "love pistols" in the official english translation. and i think this info is also found in wikipedia, i advise you guys do some google for more details too.
still ongoing, btw was june (i think) that sells it now and it's available in digital format. also, it's normal for a manga/comic's old episodes to be out of print.

I can't believe they got away with publishing it without a name change. There's an old music band called the Sex Pistols, & record lables are always very eager to sue.
