Still enjoyed this.

Psycho tendencies sugar-coated with fluff.
I need to give credit to sensei's way of transition. It maybe fucked up, but the characters love each other anyway. One who wants to be needed and with the other who extremely needs him. They compliment. I still find this interesting. Well, at least for me. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

Exactly. They both NEEDED each other. I do know the seme was a rapist. But the uke forgave him for it, meaning actually forgave him. That explains why the uke actually did NOT display symptoms of Stockholm Syndrome. He didn't fall in love with Kanade AFTER he chained him up, much LESS ever think that he deserved it.

Kyouran and I have had discussions around similar tropes in similar manga that have lead to fundamental agreement, as we apparently do here, in one case and disagreement in another. This comment explains exactly what difference lead to the agreement on one hand and disagreement on the other. THANK you.

Yes! the uke felt like he didn't deserve to have an feelings about anything or anyone before Kanade came around. The extra actually quite proved that he had emotions before that, but hid them from everyone. They both need the other to complete them. Even though, the way Kanade went about it were kind of messed up, but he did it with love. And he is a yandere after all. They do that sort of thing. like flipping a switch. one minute out of their mind and the next as innocent as always.
