No good with names, but this is what I got from the raws:
Our guy says he knows that his brother blackmailed and manipulated the Blond guy. The brother says that if he knew who was there, he (our guy) wouldn't have come. He on the other hand says he is not afraid and this is why he came.
The blond guy appears, seems like the brother called him and he reminds him the promise to be away of our guy. The brother demands that the Blond will just stand and watch while the Scary guy pulls our guy and bites his nape, then push him to the floor and the brother says that is must be done so that our guy won't rise again.

The brothers tells our guy he was the one who lead him to suicide. He tells him he gave him the photo the scary guy cherished and asked him to go in his stead since he was afraid. As a good brother, our guy went and... Suffered.
The brother then got the video and sent up it to all school mates, making rumors to start. He tells our guy the time he was at his knees, crying and begging.
The bro pretended to be his crying shoulder while he actually felt happy.
He says him something at that time which I didn't quite get.
Later, he asks our guy how would he behave: would he beg like that time or protect his pride? Our guy asks him if he did all this just 'cause his older brother was better than him. He asks how old he is and demands him to open his eyes and not to blame people when someone is better then he is. The brother snaps and says he doesn't know how pissing is it to live in someone's shadow and says and that he should worry about himself than teach him.
The scary guy crashes on him and starts to touch him, our guy gets that this one is stronger than he is and asks to let go. The scary guy says that the place he was hit last time still hurts and that he should pay him back for it. He also offers him to cry/beg instead of beating so "he" would enjoy (not sure if he refers to the bro or to the blond).
The blond is standing doing nothing and our guy thinks it is due to the blackmail.
He asks he to go, explaining it is between him and his brother and doesn't concern him. The blond guy doesn't get why it doesn't concern him. The. Brother reminds him the promise not to contact our guy anymore but the blond shuts him up.
Our guy explains that when your beloved is in such situation you don't want them to suffer and reminds him the blackmail. The blond says he doesn't care at all about the blackmail and another thing that I didn't really get and the chapter ends.
