Dont worry too much, those tags are added by people and not officially by the magazine, I think the tags are for the tragic life story for both characters but not the ending, besides those tags change constantly and yodena kou is kinder to her protagonists, even if they have heartbreaking story they don't end in tragedy. Yeah I saw that, and I was scared shitless. Various scenarios went through my head, where something happens to either Doumeki or Yashiro, or both, and they be like, well, it was worth it, because I got to love and be loved in return, and then they die. I wouldn't be able to recover any time soon, but I don't think sensei would that to us, so I think we're cool.
