I don't think he's still in love with him. It's just, he used to really love the doctor but he never realized it, and now that certain someone must be the one that stated his feeling about Doumeki, found it out so easily. It must be sting a bit.
Tbf, Kageyama didn’t find out so easily. Kuga was the one who told him. But Yashiro doesn’t know this.
