In the character profiles, it says adult Dohyun is 177 cm and Sungho is 187 cm. I will be super generous and assume Dohyun didn't grow a single cm since high school, and that Sungho was 4 cm shorter than him.

177cm is 5’8”. I think Dohyun did grow taller. Sungho just got bigger faster. Maybe Sungho is half-Caucasian because he’s kinda big as a Korean and he got that square jaw and non-brown eye color
I think Dohyun did grow taller,his present self does seem a bit taller.its just Sungho had a growth spurt and Dohyun just grew taller normally lol.
