just like the commentor above, you need to reread Moritat. It wasn't an accident, it was a terrorist attack and Jesse was the one who gave away his parents location due to torture by his kidnappers.
Jesse never died, he can't since it was virtual reality. What happened was that Law pushes Jesse off a cliff, tortures him etc every time Jesse rejects him and afterwards Law would reset Jesses memories so he forgets everything and try again. And Law can do as he pleases since they were inside Moritat all the time. And besides did you completely miss chapter 52 where Jesse "wakes up" and returns to his real life? He´s not dead lol
Whil reading this manhwa all I thought is that maybe Law just created that Jesse as they also stated that Jesse was part of his parents accident and maybe he died with them so Law, who is obsessed with Jesse created a, like replica of Jesse (?), I mean he created all the memories Jesse had then put it in the 'moritat' then implanted that to another person? or robot
