It's rare to see BL in that ancient time so it's nice to try but the narrating style is quite confused thou.
For me its being a surprising good read but it goes on tastes. If you go for the classic drawing maybe is not your thing, it has lot of fluff but its actually deep and mature and right now is having lot of angst (2 chaps of flashback). Its different and interesting and require more attention in the reading maybe than the usual light manga. I would recommend it to anyone but if you are young lets say as a teen or younger maybe is not for you.
