It contains GRAPHIC VIOLENCE and GORE. It is LITERALLY BRUTAL. Many people are bitching how it traumatized them and feel uncomfortable after reading it. Still, the warning was unappreciated.
If you are a hardcore YOI fan and not willing to see them hurt then this IS NOT FOR YOU. If you think gore and violence isn't your liking then this will fuck up your soul.
