The way the eyes are drawn told me instantly that homeboy is worm food now. I thought he broke his neck in the fall though, but aspiration and asphyxiation could have been a factor too.
There also the bone sticking out of his neck. Not really sticking out of his skin but you can see the shape that it shouldn’t be there.
