The one who's punching was Guan shan's dad, no doubt because the other guy is wearing the black suit like those gangsters. And yes, it could be the same Resto.
There was a flashback with both of Yi's parents & Yi's father had blood all over his outfit.
Wait, never mind that one. Yi was a baby & he & Guan Shan can't be more than a year apart in age. Technically, we don't even know if he was a mob boss or a politician with a pregnant mistress & his own secret service. But the two guys do have the same haircut from the back.
Guanshan's dad is the one punching the guy in black. You can see Mo reaching out to him, looking in his direction, & calling him dad while the guy in black is grabbing his shirt in a rough manner. Plus their hair looks similar. :P The guys in black could possibly work for Jian Yi or He Tian's family.

2)This was probably the restaurant Guan Shan's parents USED to own.
