I thought the title was straightforward but maybe all 3 major characters will kill and stalk? Bum was a stalker then killed Jieun. I don't imagine Sangwoo being much of a stalker but he could easily stalk his "prey" at some point. Seungbae stalked all through season 2. Desperation could cause him to kill.
There's possibility of a 4th season but I think 3 will be the last. In my opinion the plot went down in the second season. It'd be better to end it than to drag the story on. But we won't know until Koogi says something.

I guess the first two statements mean that we'll finally get Sangwoo flashbacks next season and I already have at least 3 different theories for the last one #－.－) .

Btw the first question (Do you have any new title planned for after you complete KS?If so can you give us some details?) sounds a little bit like KS is going to end soon. We know that she planned 3-5 seasons, so maybe season 3 will be the last one?
