This is the first time I see a protrayal of open relationship in a manga. It’s refreshening since it is a thing.

I think same.for me, although I can't quite remember if I have ever read any others portraying an open relationship (most likely not). But it's definitely refreshing (for now), but I don't think it's going to last long judging by the seme's slightly jealous nature

I liked that the seme cleaned up before asking out the uke properly. I don't have a problem with the uke's sex life or his suggestion of a threesome.
They aren't an official couple, he isn't interested in going steady and likes having multiple one night stands. And the seme is aware of all this. He's knowingly going along with this. So no one is leading anyone on. And for these reasons I'm okay with it. I usually don't like it when the one of the characters is strung along, but at the same time, if they don't speak up, then there's nothing to be complaining about.
But it's obvious that the seme's already catching feelings and will be more possessive here on out- just gotta wait and see how it all plays out
