He doesn't feel just upset....he's deeply hurt and miserable. All his partners let him down and threw him away. They called him slut in some way by saying that he'd be sleeping around with other guys anyways (he was always the idiot being serious with those scumbags while they only thought of him as merely a plaything). I think he was just overwhelmed by those negative feelings and since everyone called him a slut, he may have thought "well okay, then why not behave the way everyone sees me?!"
I'm not justifying his behaviour (he shouldn't have attacked the seme), I'm only giving an explanation here.

uhm, the fuck? no one is saying shit like that? do you see the comments on stories where the uke gets raped? yeah, you probably haven't.
