He does have balls, but sensei always cover them with his own hand or his briefs or just the length of the panel. But you can see a glimpse of them in pages 8 and 13 of ch. 46-47. About the pubic hair, it's not so weird, many guys shave it, maybe sensei likes it that way ;)
