I think it goes like this:
If you read chapter 5,at the end of the chapter, yui(uke) found letter slipped in the book, that letter is from future him stating that after amemori(seme) died while saving that little girl, he live for 200years (don't ask me how, it just happen he eat healthy), regretting why he didn't stop amemori that day.
In the future, they for this kind of life-changing-service-if-you-regret-your-choices (something goes like this and somehow they have the ability to possess cat as medium for them to talk to yui), future yui ask them to save amemori. That service said that it's difficult to change future since there will be a lot of consequences, thus, they come up with solution that make amemori didn't met yui,
If he didn't met yui, he wouldn't be dead, (as the future yui ask them to save amemori), so what they do, they erase amemori's ability to see future, thus prevent from him to met yui, thus he wouldn't be dead. Since the only reason he met yui is becoz of his ability.
But, since they erase his ability, the future seme didn't know anything about uke. And uke has to suffer while remembering every single words, touches, memories when he still with seme as long as he lives.

thank you for this explanation. Now understood what happened altering the past
I know it's sweet that they met again or sad he died when he met that uke. To be honest I like the bittersweet ending at chapter 5. It's just that how this normal manga changes drastically into supernatural, It doesn't make any sense in my "opinion"
Anyway, I'll wait for the future updates since I really love this manga

It's not so not so much a supernatural manga as much as it is sci-fi. Yui's life is extended to such a degree because of future advancement in technology that allows for a better quality of life, and therefore a longer life span. The advancement in technology also extends to many other areas such as this Regret Services that seemingly allows for individuals to rectify past regrets/decisions through the use of time travel. The cat is an employee to this company (it's probably AI) and its job/duty was to help carry out future Yui's last wishes. However, it initially had trouble conveying its message because it didn't account for the difficulty of using a cat as its medium.
Because time travel can carry heavy consequences, they are not allowed to prevent something like death by using direct methods. They seem to have a bureaucratic system in place that operates by the dictates of a "fifth degree of separation," which calculates a variety of solutions that don't directly interfere with prevention of death in this case. They then must submit this solution to a higher up before obtaining permission to fully enact the plan. In Yui's case, they choose to cure the abnormality of Amemori-san's psychic ability, therefore preventing him from ever finding Yui and dying on that fateful day.
I agree that the time travel aspect almost comes out of left field, but there are plenty of hints that the manga has bits of sci-fi elements from the beginning. For instance Amemori-san's psychic abilities and Yui's flashback/dreams of Amemori-san's death. I'll admit I wasn't expecting it, but I do like its inclusion as I'm a fan of sci-fi and it's an element not commonly found in BL. But to each their own, I can see why the sudden shift can be a bit jarring.

You are welcome, I don't really mind about supernatural as long as they lives, anything is acceptable, hahaha.
I can't imagine the feeling of meeting someone that you loves so much, who's supposed to be dead, just to know they ain't remember anything about you, that they are gonna married to someone else. ╥﹏╥
Can anyone explain the latest chapter? I know the seme can accurately tell the future and died from the accident. I'm a little bit confused on how they altered the past time and change it. and what's with that talking cat?
I thought it will be an alternate ending but it seems there's gotta be more?
