She isn't useless. She is weak but cunning and has some resourcefull and for FUG using an irregular as a tool to manipulate Baam and other people obviously has been profitable fpr their interests.

Lol true! I've never even seen her come up with a plan on her own and idk why she manages to gather all those people under her! The creator is really trying hard to make Rachel look important for this series by giving her random power ups out of the blue without any real reason and it's only adding more to *Rachel-hate*

Exactly! And the plans that she does manage to makes either backfires, or is half-baked, or even defeated by khun or anyother character. And like the plans is so linear you could always predict what the plan is all about, in fact she says it all the time "I can use *name of character or object*"..

She's a trying hard bitch who has some malingering issues of being a manipulative psychopath and has hero complex and self proclaimed prophecies that has never been seen on any animes or mangas or manhwas before.
