What Sneha is trying to say is that Korean cultural norms are very obssesed with looks. Looks matter in every field. People hire people based on looks even though the job has nothing to do with it. Koreans are, generally speaking, extremely superficial, especially men and the author of the manhwa knows it themselves very well. That's why they are leading in plastic surgery numbers and the numbers of commercial beauty products. Sneha didn't say anything wrong, because it's all based on facts.
