It was never being scanlated. The chapters were taken directly from the English official on Spottoon. Chapters 20 to 24 are free there with weekly free rotations. The manhwa is completed and you can buy the other chapters or wait for the free rotation. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything for the time being because the site hasn't updated for months (aside from free rotations) and there's rumors of it shutting down in the future.
