Im pretty sure Luce did it to herself, so that the blood on her sheets wouldnt seem suspicous. So she gave herself a nose bleed so she could take the blame for the blood on her shirt and stuff.
I really hope the snake's nosebleed was because Doggo turned the tables and did something unexpectedly sexy and left with a stone cold pokerface ( －_－)✧
