DAMN this mangaka writes the most incredible stories. Absolutely another favorite. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that there wasn't even a single kiss scene. Chigusa and Rakan are so devoted to each other in every way, they are essentially a married couple. The emotional journey they experienced together was so deep and intense. But despite the nature of their relationship being obvious, the lack of a kiss scene and them never outright saying "I love you" is extremely frustrating. There were so many scenes that were basically screaming for them to kiss, yet it never happened. Love and relationships are major themes in this manga, so it seems a waste for the mangaka not to take their relationship to that point even once. This is why I don't feel completely satisfied even though the story was so good. I have to just imagine it on my own in order for it to feel complete.
