So... The seme just wants to dominate him?

I mean, maybe that's his way of showing his love, but he gave away his uke's first time... I can't get past that. He got angry after while talking to the client who took his virginity, but it just isn't enough. I get the feeling that the author was trying to instil in us the idea that the seme is a professional to the very core of his being, but where the hell is the line?! He LET someone take his uke's virginity! Clearly he had SOME kind of feelings for the uke already too, otherwise why would a business man like him get angry to the point that a customer saw it in his eyes? I don't like it... The uke's just one sidedly chasing, i want the seme to lose his composure, it's bullshit that he's just okay with all of this.

I think he's a sadist who gets off on humiliation not pain.

Maybe that could be the case, though it still makes no sense to me even if that is the case. :´^(

he didn't love the uke at first. it was just business. he develops feelings over time and when he comes to realize he cares for the uke he tells him to stop servicing clients because he's not an emotional guys doesn't mean he's a dick. this story is very masculine. i can see why women don't like it. 1: you have this insecurity issues with dominance and think gay couples need to express their views on male/female equality. well some of us like those dynamics, some don't. get over it. 2: it's not lovely dovey romance. which I definitely prefer especially since most yaoi directed at a female audience is puke. but that doesn't make the manga bad, it's just not your cup of sweet fruity tea. 3: the character development is subtle and seent through small gestures. it's not dont with an in your face explanation step by step at how the emotions of these two changes. I think that's too much for the regular female yaoi reader.

Lol, i tried to read through your reply, kinda stopped when you were clearly being rude, kept on to give you some benefit of the doubt and then just decided i don't care enough about your opinion to read more than 3/4 of your paragraph because of the level of just sheer disrespect. Clearly you're seeing your view through tunnel vision. Don't reply to this, i have no interest in dialogue with you.

Best way to respond to a ...a .... I have no idea what this guy is but that was a great way to respond to him. I myself couldn't fully read his reply. All I got was 'sensitive female readers' and some nonsense about masculinity.

The subtle jabs at women is pretty silly considering the genre is largely made by and for women. Idk why it seems to be becoming popular to poke fun at the audience yaoi mostly caters to and is written by.

He wasn't being subtle at all. Or she. Apparently, we're too sensitive to understand the difference between dominance and rape.
