the king obviously omitted dandelion's name because he was also planning to rape him. dandy had not yet reached 15. a ripe age to start raping little boys for his sexual desires. it means the king is a piece of shit who thinks it is such a fucking SHAME that dandelion died cause he won't be able to rape a child who "had only just bloomed".
