At first i felt that way but now i think its like a destined lovers/past lives type situation and in each life their souls get reincarnated and manage to find each other again.
They are the same person but in a different time.....
why doew it feel like it wont be only him appearing in his life but all three men from his dream will appear. Idk why but that's the impression i get
