I understand your disappointment bur Yoneda Kou did not have to inform "us" of anything. she owes us what she puts out , when she writes it and nothing more. She entered no contract of any kind that she signed with "us" stating any obligation or hard deadlines to produce Her art or inform "us" of that. So when she returns, "Us" shall wait for her lyric flow and appreciate what we get.

Oh yes, then his publishing house is very flexible. And anyway, she informs fans like this, through her twitter. So the fact that she illuded her fans that there would be a new chapter did not go in her favour.

There was no expectation created for the magazine. All advertising was for Saezuru vol 5, the fanbook and the new merch. As far as the magazine is concerned, there was a big announcement for the cover to feature Saezuru (which we got). It was merely mentioned in the last magazine that there would be a new chapter this month, nothing more. The publisher has the last say. It's not Yoneda Kou who makes most of the decisions! Maybe her publisher told her to not announce the delay too early. It might also have been the publisher who decided to skip this month's magazine, because Yoneda would likely have paused in the next issue after all she has on her plate this month and next. Only, in January there would have been no Saezuru on the cover, which means a big drop in sales because many people buy the mags because of YK. So maybe the publisher decided it would be the smarter business decision to have the cover this month and the chapter in January. Let's not blame YK for everything when we have no idea what's going on behind the scenes.

This is my opinion and no criticism:) She works bec. of her talent, otherwise "us' would not be reading this great manga. Her primary aud. is in Jp. in the 1st place. I'm sure she appreciates the sales, but speaking for myself, I don't own her and did not make her what she is today. She made herself. I don't read her twitter but if she is active on it and did not leave a note, I would assume she is human.

I dont remember where I read it but somewhere there was written that this month there would be a new chapter of stwh and an extra of doushitemo furetakunai because it is 10 years that yoneda kou is a writer, or something like that... I can't find where I read it, but this is a total delusion. There was si much expectation that now I am depressed as fuck, I am so angry..... dammit!!! we will see yashiro and doumeki happy in 2025, and I am optimistic

I agree with you. In my job I have to work hard to earn money, I wouldn't be able to buy food if I don't do something in time because I would lose customers.. Maybe this is the reason why this delay makes me mad!!

Exactly, maybe here noone know how it works in house publishing. Many restrictions and deadlines to be met, this is why many mangaka get ill. For too much work and they not publish for years, so if she has found a publishing house that is so accommodating, good for her and for her health.

Everyone here love her of course, if not, we weren't reading this manga, so we know how her artworks improve over the years, and how much she loves her work, so it's ok, I didn't want to create this caos, or people that accuse to not buying her manga ( maybe this manga is not pubblished in all the countries? maybe is it difficult to found in the bookstore?) or if i'm a crazy fan. Everyone should stay calm. I'm disappointed like everyone else lol (=・ω・=)
