Same sex adoption is not legal there, so you're not likely to find that; the closest you'll probably find is one adopting a child, and the other partner coming along later.

I have some where one or both of them have kids, but they’re not adopted. They usually came from a previous marriage or something.

i like BL with kids so i collect them in one big list. and so far, as far as i could remember there's only one or two that i encountered with adopting as a couple. and it's just ebjean says.
however, there are plenty out there that had a kin adopting the child and gained a male lover.
