I don't think Harada is actually trying to take a stance on this, ratger just reveal the reality of such situations more in depth and from multiple perspectives. We are part of society, the people that view this as wrong, but the characters are not. This manga reveals the cycle of abuse and the psychological burden it has on people by showing Yui, at the end, taking the same anxiety pills. I think this manga is mostly just food for thought, I'm sure Harada doesn't actually support child abuse.
