It is possible. One of the deaths on "1000 ways to die" was during sex. Its like any exercise, your heart can give out if its to strenuous.

Exercise can cause a ton of problems, especially if you are not prepared. I'm not sure about blind during sex but you can rupture something in your head if you poop to hard. Its basically too much stress on the body when it isn't use to it.
