I came here after watching Gantz:0! I really liked the plot and the animation and was kinda disappointed when the movie ended cuz I enjoyed it so much. So I'm taking my chances with the manga.
I don't think you will be disappointed by the manga. If you liked the movie, the manga is a thousand times better and the move was phenomenal IMO. Happy reading and let me know what you thought!
I fell in love with the movie Gantz:0 and had to read the manga. BEST DECISION EVER! The art is... just, wow and the storytelling was phenomenal. I felt a genuine emotional connection with each of the featured characters and found myself in tears on several occasions. I doubt I will ever forget this manga.
